We offer two options, 1st option you can get an instant quote on our site and complete the booking online on Book now page or 2nd option you can submit a free quote enquiry on our free quote page and one of our friendly team will reply with the price in no less than 24 hours. The booking is only confirmed when payment has been completed and you receive a confirmation letter.
To secure the booking we offer two payment options: 1st option you can pay the full amount (A card processing fee of 4% will apply) or 2nd option you can pay a 50% deposit and the rest in CASH to the driver at the end of your journey (No card processing fee will apply), we accept all major credit cards, American Express, Visa, Master Card. The remaining balance can be paid in USD, GBP and EUR.
If you wish to make an amendment to your booking we request an email or a telephone call, To change a pickup time we request a minimum notice of 12 hours.
No, As we will give you a free UK number, but if you wish to leave us a contact number we will accept it and keep it safe and only use it if we need to contact you.
To make a cancellation Email must be sent to EC Minibus on the contact us via email on the contact page or by calling the office on 0044 208 611 2965. To make a cancellation for a booking up to 12 hours before the journey is a 100% charge, 24 hours before the journey would be a 50% charge and 48 hours before the journey no charge. Cancellation for the 16, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 52, Seater minibus/coach we require minimum 14 days notice before the date for a 100% refund, 10 days before the journey would be a 50% refund and 7 days before the journey pick up day no refund. Pre-paid bookings (card payments in advance) will be refunded in maximum 5 to 7 working days from the moment of cancellation.
It is a piece of mind that you will not be charged any extra for waiting and parking in the airport or at the train station if you incur any delays in immigration or picking up your luggage, it Includes 2 hours free waiting time from the time of flight lands and all car park cost. Meet and greet service is only added to all airport and train stations pickups and it is an additional £12.
We monitor all flights and we will not send a driver into the terminal until the flight has landed and there will be no extra charges for flight delays.
Airport Pickup: The driver will monitor the flight, only go into the terminal 35 minutes after the plane lands and will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit.
Generally, Airports and Cruise ports can be a very busy place so the first thing that we recommend is that you have a good look around the terminal. If you are still not able to find your driver we provide you with a Free UK Number on the confirmation letter when you complete your booking and one of our friendly team will assist you in locating your driver.
As a general rule, most cruise ships will start the disembarkation process around 6:30-10 am, however, your cruise line can give you more specific information 2 days prior to you arriving in port, but Generally, the ships arrive at 5 am, with the first passengers disembarking at 6:30 am. The cruise company will give priority to passengers who have to catch flights at the airports. However, you should be able to select what time you would like to come off the ship, therefore if you wish to disembark the ship by 8 am, it will be arranged for you to have your luggage and to be off the ship by 8 am. Pickup time needs to be confirmed when making a booking, this can be changed at a later date but we require a minimum of 24 hours notice, due to vehicle availability on cruise days.
No, on some occasions cruise ships can dock in different terminals on the day due to a number of reasons, therefore our drivers will check the cruise itinerary on the day.
Cruise terminal pickup: when you have collected all your luggage, you will come into the arrivals hall in the cruise terminal where our driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign, inside the Cruise terminal or in some cases just outside of the cruise terminal near to the exit door at the specified pickup time.

All of our services private or shared, the driver will drop you off directly at the cruise terminal drop off area, where there will be porters to assist you with your luggage. To make the process easy and smooth please make sure that all your luggage has the cruise tags on.
Vehicles are not wheelchair accessible but will transport foldable wheelchairs and Walker, please let us know when booking so we can allocate the right vehicle.
