experience using the ECMiniBus transport service. Everything you see on the review is true from reservation with Emanuel to the drivers – excellent. Our trip involved 3 legs, from the airport to the hotel, hotel to Southampton port and from the port to the airport and we used their service in all 3 of them and we’re very happy with their service – Superb! I would definitely recommend them to our friends and will use them use them again.

Professional, Courteous, On Time
We pre-booked three services to save the hassle with finding travel to and from Heathrow. Emanuel is an exceptional person to deal with and nothing was a hassle. We had two drivers (unsure of their names) and both were outstanding. Will certainly use again next time we visit London. Highly recommend.

Definitely 10-star service
We opted for the meet and greet service because this was our first time at St Pancras, a humongous station – and so glad we did! Our driver was on time, and because it was “rush hour,” he knew where he could avoid most bottlenecks so we would be on the road to Southampton in the least amount of time. Thank you for bringing us to the port safely!

Amazing, when in a last min jam call these guys!
First time arriving in London to catch a cruise in Southampton. Guy on the train suggested EC minibus. I thought no way better then uber. Uber quoted me London to Southampton $170-200 pounds plus surge charge of 1.5 cabs cost $400 plus a night with your wife. Finally called and within an hour Emanuel had set me up with the best price and a great driver. $150 total!!!! Great service and an honest company don’t bother with anyone else. I am from Canada and was desperate and no one took advantage if anything they took great and honest care. Chris Mak

Perfect pickup, drive and drop off, Driver right at door of customs building with sign with our names on it. He was polite informative and a very good driver. Drop off was right at the Terminal we required.. Interaction with booking person while ordering the drive was personal, concerned and professional.

The professionalsim of Emanuel and the reliability of the company ws exceptional, I liked the fact that Emanuel cooperated with me for granting special requests from members of my company, for example while we were in London they needed a bathroom break and the tour guide stopped the bus and personally escorted the entire bus to find a restroom. They arrived at the terminal on time, answered any questions that we may have had. It was good to see that Emanuel took the time to personally meet with me at on of the pick up stops. We regret that we could not complete all of the sights due to heavy traffic, and concern for the driver to get us back to Heathrow in time to make our flight. The bus was clean and the driver and the tour guide were exceptional!! I didn’t like the fact that the bathroom on the bus was not working, but the driver and guide made up for it be personally escorting the group to restrooms..

We were very pleased with our shuttle service. The drivers on both our pick up and return were professional, friendly and courteous. We will use this service again when traveling to England. I loved how convenient it was. The driver was early and waiting for us. He was ready to go. He assisted us with our luggage. The vehicle used was large and roomy.
I do not have any negative comments. Our overall experience was great. We did not have any problems.

A big thank you for the ride you arranged for April 30, 2017. The follow up survey sent after our trip expired, so I was unable to complete it. We were very impressed with the prompt arrival of our driver. He was extremely pleasant and our stops at Stonehenge and then Salisbury were perfect. We had a bit of difficulty getting directly to Southampton due to heavy traffic and a minor issue with the car’s GPS. However, we were in no rush. Many thanks! You provided excellent service and we had an extremely positive experience.
